Halloween

We started our festivities this year with meeting the Webbs at Pumpkin Land for our annual visit and then dinner after. 

Carter and Trey had their first piano recital and did awesome. We were so proud of them. They have only been in lessons for 2 months.



We decided to go all Star Wars this year and won the ward costume party. Cody and I also went to the infamous Rothfel Halloween party. 

For FHE before Halloween we carved pumpkins with the family. 

The boys' school only allows certain costumes that come from classical books. Obviously, the Star Wars theme did not work so I was a mean mom and made them wear their same costume as last year. They'll always be my Thing 1 and Thing 2. 

To close Halloween we went trick or treating at Cody's work and then went to the Webb Family Halloween party.

Pumpkin Land

For FHE we went to Pumpkin Land with the other Webbs!!! We met shortly after the husbands got off work and then had a tailgate dinner of pizza and veggies. 

 

Carter got a little excited about the corn maze and ran off in front of us and we lost him. It's one thing to lose your kid but to lose him in a corn maze where you can't even find the exit is even worse. But don't worry, we found him.

There was a light alley that had tons of Halloween lights and blow ups and maybe a few Christmas ones... haha. At the end there was a place to do a shadow show and Talon and Cody put on a little show. Then of course the boys had to.  

We loved Pumpkin Land and have to go back next year.
